Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?

Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address.
During the checkout process, you will first be asked to enter your billing address. However, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase. You will then be asked to enter the shipping address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free delivery Australia wide for orders of $50 and more before tax.

What are the shipping times?

Our free shipping orders travel by road freight and are usually delivered within 5 business days of the order being completed. Shipping times are not guaranteed, and are out of our control. Please call us if you require an order to be air freighted, we can take payment over the phone.

If I purchased an item online, can I return it at a store?

Items that were purchased online can be returned at our store (item must be returned in the same banner store). Please be sure to have your original receipt with you, when returning an item.
